As a Relief Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a professional who is customer-service oriented, detail-focused, and capable of managing various facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and prospective clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the storage facility, including processing rentals, taking payments, and managing the front office.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to ensure units are secure and maintaining cleanliness in common areas.
- Assist with the upkeep of marketing and customer relationship management efforts.
- Monitor and update store inventory, supplies, and equipment as necessary.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records accurately.
- Collaborate with the management team to support and implement policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or management roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
- Flexible availability, including Saturday, is desired.
