StoreRight is seeking a diligent and reliable Part-Time Maintenance/Custodial Specialist to join our team in Land O' Lakes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our facility, ensuring that both the interior and exterior areas are well-maintained and presentable.

Responsibilities:

- Perform regular cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
- Conduct routine inspections on building systems such as lighting, plumbing, and HVAC to ensure optimal functioning.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repair issues as reported by staff or clients.
- Maintain outdoor areas for cleanliness and general upkeep.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.
- Report any damages or necessary repairs to the Property Manager in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred.
- Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and lift objects as needed.
